Welcome to ph667. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ph667 ("ph667," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the ph667 platform — whether through our website, mobile browser, or any associated application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on ph667. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, different payment methods, or different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering your ph667 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, mobile number, and email address. You agree to keep this information updated at all times. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your ph667 login credentials. ph667 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP to your registered Philippine mobile number. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. 3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ph667 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of your account lifecycle, including prior to processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your Philippine address), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

• Accepted IDs: Philippine passport, PhilSys National ID, SSS/GSIS card, driver's license, PRC ID, voter's ID.
• Proof of address: billing statement, barangay clearance, or bank statement issued within the last three months.

4.1 Deposits

ph667 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your ph667 account balance in real time for GCash and PayMaya, and within standard processing times for bank transfers. ph667 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly once approved. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one to three banking days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ph667 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending KYC verification or if fraud or money laundering is suspected.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on ph667 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph667 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any currency conversion is the responsibility of the player and their payment provider.

4.4 Responsible Deposit Limits

Players may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the ph667 Responsible Gaming tools. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours for daily limits, 7 days for weekly limits, and 30 days for monthly limits. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.

ph667 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal caps. 5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the wagering requirement or "turnover requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated on the offer page. Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute to wagering requirement completion.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

ph667 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to obtain duplicate bonuses, placing low-risk "hedge" bets to clear wagering requirements, using betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms, and coordinating with other players to divide bonus risk.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once.
• Using bonus funds on games that are excluded from wagering contribution.
• Withdrawing bonus funds before the wagering requirement is met.
• Providing false information to qualify for a targeted promotion.

ph667 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from bonus funds, and close accounts where bonus abuse is confirmed.

All games and betting markets available on ph667 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface or betting market page. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and these Terms, the specific game rule shall prevail with respect to that game only.

6.1 Slot Games

Slot game outcomes on ph667 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published by the respective game providers and are available on request. ph667 does not alter RTP settings below the provider's published minimum.

6.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed in real time. Results are determined by physical game equipment operated by live dealers. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome will be recorded as it occurred. ph667 is not liable for internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are subject to market-specific rules regarding settlement, void conditions, and in-play restrictions. Bets placed on markets that are subsequently voided due to event cancellation or insufficient play will be refunded as cash to the player's balance. ph667 covers PBA, NBA, international boxing, UFC, Philippine football, and other markets as listed on the sportsbook at the time of wagering.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ph667 and constitute a material breach of these Terms, resulting in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and potential referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with ph667 games or betting markets in place of a human player.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion with other players, or match-fixing in relation to sports betting markets.
• Using ph667 to launder money or to conduct any transaction that violates Republic Act No. 9160 (the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines) or its amendments.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the technical systems of ph667 including its login infrastructure, payment processing systems, or game servers.
• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in registering an account to circumvent account restrictions or bans.
• Using stolen or unauthorised payment methods to fund a ph667 account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ph667 staff or other players through the platform's live chat or communication channels.

All content on the ph667 platform — including but not limited to the ph667 brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, software, text, graphics, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of ph667 or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph667 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any ph667 content without prior written authorisation from ph667.

Third-party game content (slot titles, live casino streams, etc.) remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to their own licensing terms. ph667 does not transfer any rights to third-party game content to players.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph667 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the ph667 platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, or service interruption.

ph667 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The platform undergoes scheduled and emergency maintenance. During maintenance windows, access to games, deposits, and withdrawals may be temporarily unavailable. ph667 will endeavour to announce planned maintenance in advance via in-platform notifications.

ph667's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

10.1 Termination by ph667

ph667 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if ph667 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused promotions, attempted to manipulate the platform, or if ph667 is required to do so by applicable law or PAGCOR directive.

In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violations, ph667 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account. Where an account is closed due to responsible gaming concerns — including player-requested self-exclusion — any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after the applicable cooling-off period.

10.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request closure of your ph667 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Your request will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to your registered GCash, PayMaya, or bank account following identity verification.

ph667 is deeply committed to responsible gaming. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), and the relevant issuances and regulations of PAGCOR.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ph667's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of Philippine courts for this purpose.

ph667's internal dispute resolution process requires players to submit a formal complaint in writing via the support channel. ph667 will respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days. Players are encouraged to exhaust the internal process before escalating to any external authority.

ph667 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph667 will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via an in-platform notification displayed upon next login. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of ph667 following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using ph667 and may request account closure as described in Section 10.2 above.

Minor changes such as typographical corrections, formatting updates, or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of players may be made without formal notification. ph667 recommends reviewing these Terms periodically.
